We offer easy and convenient exchanges/refunds! Feel free to bring back your product, with the receipt and original packaging, within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will be glad to personally help you in finding the product that best fits your needs. If you choose to return a pair of shoes by mail, you will have to pay for the return shipping.
* A copy of your original receipt and original credit card slip is required for any exchange or refund.
* Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
It is impossible for us to cancel or refund order that have been placed and not yet received. You must wait to receive your order and then return the shoes to the store. Once the shoes have been brought to the store, then we can issue you a refund.
